Do you think there will be a Clean Show, and other trade events, in 2021? If so, do you plan to attend? Why or why not?
I’ll start the discussion…
Clean 2020 was postponed due to the pandemic crisis, with fears of infection, inability to travel, and tight finances throughout the industry. Nobody has a crystal ball to be able to tell what will be happening in June, 2021, but the Clean Show is scheduled — and so are many other events.
Since it is likely that the Corona virus will be with us for some time (maybe forever, like the flu) my opinion is that it’s time to get back to the business of business, in new and safe ways. I genuinely hope there will be a Clean Show in Atlanta in June. If there is, I plan to be there. I expect that booths will be designed with safety of all involved in mind, disinfecting will be ongoing, and masks will be the fashion statement of the day.
