We can automate both email and SMS communications with clients. Examples of messages include:

We also offer a customizable customer-facing app (Customer Connect Mobile)

Our customers can customize the look and feel of the app including images/links to areas of their website. It can be changed as often as the customer feels necessary

Customers can schedule their pickup/delivery from the app

App coupons can be added that the customer can click to redeem to add them to their account

Customers can view their orders

Customers can use our “On My Way” functionality to let the store know they are on their way to pick up and the app will allow for them to pay for their orders in the app prior to their arrival to speed up the pickup process

If a dry cleaner offers subscriptions, customers can sign up and purchase them from the app

Do you have Social Media options as part of your software package? If so, how do they work?

Our marketing partner, BeCreative360, offers both social media and options for Review My Dry Cleaner for customers to capture and increase their reviews. The Review My Dry Cleaner functionality is integrated with our platform from the perspective of instant feedback which gives the customer the ability to trigger the review immediately when a customer is in the store and very happy with their service. They will get a text with the review link within a few minutes of their visit to give them an opportunity to provide the review while the experience is fresh in their mind.

How much training does your software take? How do you manage that? (In person/over the internet/via video training, etc.)

We offer a wide variety of options for training:

  • Onsite Implementation/Training (best for brand new clients)
  • Professional Services (paid training option for customers seeking specific needs)
  • Daily Expert Hours – Customers can join our team of experts and ask questions about best practices, features, etc.
  • Online help site with documentation to help customers learn how to use specific features
  • YouTube channel with training videos

Be honest — what percentage of your customers utilize the customer communication aspects of the software? How many use the Social Media aspects?

Close to 80% of customers use email and/or SMS.

Do you have plans in the future to incorporate more Social Media options in your software versions? If so, how will it work?

We are currently working on integration with Meta lead forms. This will allow our customers to capture potential new business while also being able to identify existing customers that interact with ads on social media and the ability to customize the offers based on new/existing customers.
