It’s natural that the forward facing Team Members would get recognized, but when I dig deeper, and read comments about stain removal, repairs, quality service and quick turnaround, I know Best Care couldn’t do what we do without the entire team working like a symphony! Everyone plays a vital role, from the person that mops the floors, to our driver, to our operations manager. We have 17 amazing humans, the kind of people every business hopes to have. They’re steady, dependable, and know our systems inside out—but more than that, they genuinely care about the customer experience. Whether it’s translating for someone who’s first language isn’t English, catching potential garment issues before they leave the building, or just showing up with a great attitude day after day, they embody everything we value. They take pride in their work and understand how their role contributes to the overall success of Best Care.

In our industry, reliability and attention to detail are essential—but what really sets our Team Members apart is their willingness to go above and beyond, support one another, and take ownership of challenges. They don’t wait to be told what to do—they see what needs doing and step in with a sense of purpose and care.

Regular celebrations

We believe in rewarding and celebrating hard work. Each month we treat the Team to lunch and celebrate any birthdays. Our Operations Manager rewards outstanding performance on-the-spot with coffee gift cards. We do bonuses tied to performance and profit. We give each Team Member a health benefits spending account. We celebrate the holidays with a dinner out at a restaurant. We believe that showing grace when personal struggles come up goes a long way—4 days paid bereavement leave, flexible scheduling so they can be there for important family events, covering for each other when someone needs an emergency dental appointment.
