Open Pocket Washer with a Water Reclamation System

There are more Braun Open Pocket Systems in the industry than all others combined! When paired with Braun’s water reclamation system, it can result in substantial savings on both water consumption and related costs.

This add-on option for Open Pocket Washers/Extractors includes a system tank that recovers:

• 173 gallons of water per load (450 lb.)
• 225 gallons of water per load (650 lb.)

The reclaimed water typically comes from the final rinse of the previous load and is reused in the initial fill cycle of the next load. This system can also be retrofitted onto any touchscreen-controlled open pocket washer.

Additional Features:

• Reclaim tank includes quick disconnect fittings (hose and electrical cables).
• Equipped with caster wheels for easy access to the washer during routine maintenance.

Braun Topline® Air Folder

Braun manufactures a variety of folding systems for small pieces, sheets, tablecloths, garments, and blankets, all capable of processing a variety of sizes and fold configurations.

Braun’s Topline® Air Folder is ideal for folding items such as towels (bath, hand, and pool), pillowcases, incontinent pads, scrubs, and patient gowns.  Once placed on the infeed conveyor, products are automatically recognized by sensors and then folded, sorted, and stacked according to preprogrammed fold settings.
